Refund policy

  2. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges: Available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return Transit Time: Please allow 5–7 additional days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  4. Reverse Pickup Charges: A fee of INR 150 is applicable for returns and will be deducted from the original order value regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.
  5. Condition of Returned Products:
    • Items returned in poor condition or showing signs of being worn will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • T-shirts purchased during sales or promotional offers.
    • Merchandise such as Mugs, Notepads, Coasters and Tote Bags.
  7. chocochip. may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  8. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  9. Please contact us and we will share the instructions to for self shipment for returns.
  10. Kindly allow 7 -10 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  11. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

  13. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am – 6:30 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
  14. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  15. Refund will be processed to the source account through which the payment was done originally.
